QC Tea Bar sets itself apart from other bubble tea spots in the area with its unique offerings. Even though you really can't go wrong with ANY of the drinks here, I am partial to the mudslide boba, taro milk tea, and the ocean brew coffee.
The staff here is always very pleasant and accommodating. I bring out-of-town guests here quite frequently. It's a fun atmosphere and the employees are always more than willing to suggest something tasty, to bubble tea newbies and veterans alike. I've tried several new (to me) toppings and flavors and I've never been disappointed.
I highly recommend a visit to QC Tea Bar and can't wait to return myself! -

I REALLY want to love this tea bar...especially since it's located near me, however I have to be honest. I've only been here a total of 3 times, but all 3 times, I left a bit disappointed.
On my latest visit over the weekend, I ordered a Green Milk Tea w/ Bubbles (my usual), and asked for 70% Sweet. Well, it was barely 20% Sweet...and the tea just tasted Blah. I went back up to the cashier, and they added more flavor (sweetener) to it, and it STILL wasn't sweet enough. I guess I'm used to ordering from Kung Fu Tea, where their drinks tend to be stronger and sweeter, so 70% Sweet is perfect there. Here, apparently not. Also, there wasn't much Green in this Green Milk Tea. In fact, it could have been just straight-out Milk Tea, as far as anyone can tell. (In other words, I couldn't see or taste any of the Matcha Green flavor!). Then, there's the issue of minimal Bubbles...VERY skimpy amount! I remember thinking this on my previous visits as well.
Also, I noticed that since my last visit over a year ago, they added more tables and chairs...which is actually a good thing...BUT, they blocked the access to the cashier! I had to walk around toward the side to get to the counter, which is just awkward. Must also add that because of the addition of these bulky tables and chairs, the place is not as chic as it used to be. Of course, none of that would matter IF the teas were amazing. I haven't tried any of their foods here, so I can't judge that aspect.
I will say, however, that the service was really good. Friendly and helpful!
In any case, I'm glad this place exists...as I'm a HUGE fan of Bubble Teas. Guess I know better now, so if I happen to be by next time, I'll just ask for 100% Sweet, and maybe need to request extra Bubbles? -

If you like your fruit bobas juicy
And eat every Banh Mi that you see
Come down to this tea bar
For it raises the bar
And then puts it back down, it's QC!
I found the drinks at QC quite juicy, but not too tasty.
I like this place, but I think they premix some of their drinks, but they were out of boba within an hour of closing. It's a shame I didn't get to try their Boba.
They are extremely friendly and their Okinawa was not bad. It also wasn't great. Somewhere in the middle - around about average.
They're pretty good about letting people stay in here a few minutes after closing which is nice because it helped me out. Easygoing and very friendly and the best thing about it is definitely the employees, and it has nice decor too.
I think next time I would try the Vietnamese iced coffee because I think the owners are probably Vietnamese based on the nuances of the menu.
Now, it's sad to say, but alas, as you see
I have to swiftly end this review of QC -

I have been looking for a really good bubble tea place near me for a little bit now and QC Tea Bar is definitely it! Lychee is my favorite flavor to get with bubble tea so as soon as I saw they had it I just had to try it. And it did not disappoint! I was recommended by some friends to come here and try the popcorn chicken and it was so delicious. They had seasonings on the chicken (can't immediately think of what they were off the the top of my head) but I've never had chicken like it before. I would absolutely come back here again and try some of their other small bites options.
They have a rewards system where every dollar you spend is a point and once you get 100 points you can redeem it for free stuff. They have a shelf of merchandise and each thing is listed with how many points each item can be redeemed for. A really neat idea if I say so myself. They have about 7 or 8 different tea toppings to choose from and types of different fruit tea and milk tea flavors so your possibilities of combinations are endless! Definitely stop by if you have a spare minute because you will not regret it. -

This is easily my favorite place to get milk tea. Its also tops my list of restaurants in Steele Creek. Definitely a place to checkout if you're in the mood for boba tea and/or a light meal.
My friends and I enjoyed everything we tried. We all agreed that we were not fans of popcorn chicken until we tried QC Teas. It was exceptionally crispy yet moist. Their fries, similarly, were fried to crispy perfection.
